For the next 4-6 months i'd be running in temp as low as -10. Can anyone give me a plan on getting ready for this? I need to keep my pace of 14 min in two miles.

Running in cold weather requires proper clothing with gloves and a hat. If it is very cold you need to cover your face.

There isn't any way to get ready just dress well and get out there.

The cold weather will make you slower. Your lungs and heart will need to work much harder. Warmer clothes will slow you down. Tight muscles will also be a problem.
Keep working out. But don't be as concerned about results. Your speed will return with warmer weather.
Spend more time doing stretching exercises before and after your running. Ease up a little if you feel sickness or injury setting in.
Keep an eye on weather reports. Do a little more on nicer days and a little less on crumby days.
