You will need the following to play: 20 plastic cups half filled with beer, a table and a ping pong ball.
1. Break into two teams.
2. Set up your cups in a triangular manner. One cup is in the front, two cups behind that, three cups behind that and four cups behind that.
3. Each team will take turns here...one member from each team stands at their end of the table. The first person tries to bounce the ping pong ball just once in the middle of the table, with the goal of landing it in one of the cups. If the ball lands in the cup, the person on the opposing team must pick up that cup and drink the beer. Then it's that person's turn to try and land a ball in the other team's cup. If he misses, no harm, no foul. It's the next person's turn.
4. Keep changing players and the first team to make the other team drink all of their beer wins!
BTW- you might also want to have a cup of plain water handy to wash off the ball if it falls on the floor.

you get a bunch of cups (more than 20) and put them in a triangle. you then throw the ball (not bounce) and if you make it the other team has to drink the beer.
you go back and forth. ive seen 30 cups on one side before. 20 is small.
