there is this guy that likes me and i like him a whole lot and we talk to eachother on im all the time and he is soooo sweet and when i am with him we hug (then the next day we both tell eachother we wished it was longer) why doesnt he hold my hand or kiss me yet??? he always tells me how much he likes me

i think its kind of the guys role to pursue and the girls role to make the 1st physical moves... guys are sometimes too shy to be the agressor, physically, because they dont want the girl to take offense

He is probably scared. A lot of guys are like this. A lot of the time we will hesitate to make a move because we are not sure if we will get turned down or not. Sure, you have to be willing to take risks to get what you want but guys in general are afraid of rejection.
Have you told him anything about how you feel? If he says he likes you have you told him the same? He might not be getting enough 'go ahead' signs from you.

maybe he is shy like that and is not sure how you feel about him. You need to make the first move and hold his hand and give him a kiss.

Sounds like he's scared. Maybe you should have a talk with him to see if he wants to take things further. Or try holding his hand. How he responds could give you your answer...

maybe he doesnt like you in that sense or he sees you more as a friend
you could take the no kissin as a compliment becuz it shows he has respect for you or you could b not so happy about it becuz it mite show some uninterested-ness lol but yea keep talkin 2 him and c were it goes

A better question might be: why haven't YOU held HIS hand or kissed HIM? It's not his job you know; you could make the first move yourself if you think he's too nervous.

he is too shy he doesnt know how u respond..i think u should start to hold his hand...and once he feels comfortable with u..he might kiss u next...good luck

Since he really likes you, he might be scared that if he kisses you, it might not be what you expected. He's just really shy. Instead of waiting for him, you make the first move.

Perhaps he feels that he doesn't want to cross the line seeing that it seems like you two have a good thing between you and doesn't want to do something prematurely and ruin such a good thing. He wants to take it slow.

maybe coz he is shy and don't want to move too fast and ruin what you have,give him time,if he stlii hasn't held you hand you make the first move and show him you don't bite and that it's ok to hold hands.
