ok i started seeing an old school friend recently and he said he wanted to call me his girlfriend, i was all for that happy in fact, i have a 16 month old who thinks the world of my friend and my friend absolutley, so anyways we have been dating for about a week now( not long i know) but we had a small disagreement because i got annoyed that he tells his friends we were intimate was that wrong of me?
but now he is saying that he is not ready to settle down and wants to be friends first and see if anything happens from there.
i am so confused because he also said that wed get married in 3 yrs (btw i have been friends with this guy since high school over 5 yrs now, and to make matters worse he has a lot of female friends which i am sorta cool with but they msg him all the time seeing if he wants to go to the movies i know that its prolly nothing but his ex used to go him for having female friends so i dont wanna seem like her.
is this guy using me or is he being genuine?

I think he fancies himself a "player" and is using you. Think more highly of yourself, you deserve so much more than this self-centered user. True love is not proud or boastful, you don't go bragging to others about your intimate activities with someone you genuinely love.
Please, find a guy who will be truly devoted to you and you only, and of course, your 16 month old. Bless you.

I think the best thing you can do is get down on your knees and pray to the Good Lord Jesus to wash you of your sins and then this problem will go away.
