enable me first say that lots of what you planned to in basic terms be counsel from the Bible is definitely historic certainty that no historian could debate. there have been tens of hundreds of historic artifacts got here across that are in direct correlation with the Bible, and not a single one that disproves something mentioned interior the Bible. The existence of Jesus is likewise no longer debated by employing historians. His presence is nicely known by employing pupils/ scribes of the time, even interior the sturdy records of the Roman government of the time by employing figures like Pontius Pilate and is in writings that we would desire to continuously this present day. The Flood is stated in historic records from tribes and international locations international. Archaeological information on some styles of plankton even shows a drastic shrink in salinity at with regards to the comparable time Christians say the Flood befell. i'd desire to pass on damn off evidences that technology supplies for the credibility of Christianity and that refutes the accuracy of the Bible, yet i think of those examples supply you a reliable thought.

historically speaking---the readings from Josephus the historian give us many indicators that the bible actually had several fulfilled prophecies. but of course, since josephus was a real historian---and the books of the bible agree with several of the things he wrote---without quoting I can only tell you what the history books say. but remember---the bible was written over many centuries by a diverse group of folks. and for all of their content to have been fulfilled in the person of Jesus Christ---who was also a historical figure----would be extraordinarily "coincidental." I believe you would need a computer to determine the possibilities of the probability that one man could fulfill all of those prophecies. :-)
Just my opinion because you don't want me to quote the scriptures themselves. :-)

This book contains the mind of God, the state of man, the way of salvation, the doom of sinners and the happiness of believers. Its doctrines are holy, its precepts are binding, its histories are true, and its decisions are immutable. Read it to be wise, believe it to be saved, and practice it to be holy. It contains light to direct you, food to support you, and comfort to cheer you. It is the traveler's map, the pilot's compass, the soldier's sword, and the Christian's charter. Here Paradise is restored, Heaven opened, and the gates of Hell disclosed. Christ is its grand subject, our good its design, and the glory of God its end. Read it slowly, frequently, prayerfully. It is a mine of wealth, a paradise of glory, and a river of pleasure. It will reward the greatest labor, and condemn all who trifle with its sacred contents. It is the Book of Books-God's Book-the revelation of God to man."

There is no way to prove the Bible. There is no way to prove that God exists.
However, if you want to know that God exists, pray to him and ask in faith. He will manifest himself to you if you truely want to know.
Good Luck with your jouney in life.

You can pray to God to know if it is true. He will confirm its truth through the Holy Ghost.

In the past, those communities of faithful believers that out worked, out fought and out numbered competitors won in the game of survival and sacrifice. That means those ideological traditions that best motivated communities of faithful believers to out work, out fight, and out number competitors survived and those that did not were sacrificed. This explains the success of books like the Bible. Books like the Bible survive in part because books like the Bible motivate communities of faithful believers to out work, out fight and out number competition.
Conservative Christians would argue that success is proof that books like the Bible contain words expressing the will of God. Here is a problem with that line of reasoning. There are other books besides the Bible that have been successful in motivating communities of faithful believers to out work, out fight and out number their competition: the holy Koran being a notable example. I believe both books are products of an on going evolution within the global culture of ideological traditions where in those ideological traditions that best motivate communities of faithful believers to out work, out fight, and out number competitors survive and those ideological traditions that do not perish. I believe the much talked about clash of cultures between Islam and Christianity reflects an on going conflict to determine whose holy book best expresses the will of God as well as a fight between motivated communities of faithful believers over increasingly scarce natural resources of our body consuming biosphere of limited dimensions. I believe the much talked about race in racism is a race towards Armageddon run by communities of faithful believers motivated by conservative ideological traditions to out work, out fight and out number competition.
Some conservative ideological authorities offer the many education, entertainment and leadership based on aggressive ideological traditions that are skewed towards the interests of racist, heterofascist, warmongers by a mercenary plutocratic predatory few who profit from the sale and manufacture of the products and services of a beast of a military industrial complex. Although conservative ideological authorities do their best to make it look good, it is bad entertainment, education and leadership that leads to low esteem of self and world. A model of self divided by a spiritual conflict between good and evil leads to low self esteem and a model of world divided by a spiritual conflict between good and evil leads to low world esteem. This low esteem of self and world leads some members of communities of faithful believers to have a fear of the sexual nature of self and a fear that self is being influenced at every moment by an evil one cast down to and ruling over Earth. Fear of an unpleasant afterlife motivates some members of communities of faithful believers to follow bad leadership offered by those ideological authorities that would demand faith, unquestioning loyalty and obedience of the many on behalf of a mercenary plutocratic predatory few who seek to perpetrate a global shakedown of epic proportions some call a war on terror; and concentrate the wealth of the global culture into their own hands.
