You should have foods that are able to withstand long periods of time such as canned foods - spam, artichoke hearts, beans, tuna, soups, oil, evaporated milk, something with high liquid content, . Avoid foods that will make you thirsty, you should have salt free crackers, whole grain cereals, dry mixes, peanut butter, sugar, nuts and dried fruits, water, box juices. Don't forget a manual can opener. Food that don't require refrigeration of course.

grains like rice, millet, oatmeal & quinoa in airtight containers.
