"How to" on painting my metal baseboard heaters...(they have rust spots everywhere!) directions please!!

Gently remove as much of the loose rust as possible with a wire brush and then remove the rest with sandpaper designed for use with metal surfaces. Prime it with a good primer such as Rustoleum, and then you're good to go with any good quality paint for metal.

I would also put on some polyurethane after repainting.
