I am 13 weeks into my second pregnancy. My breast started leaking at around 6 weeks. My doctor told me it was normal. I knew I couldn't be any further along.

Leaking Breasts
Pregnancy can wreak havoc on your hormones. With all of the pregnancy changes you have experienced, who knew that you would have to deal with leaking breasts too?
Fluid can leak from your breasts throughout pregnancy. This fluid, called colostrum, is clear and tastes sweet. It is also called “pre-milk” and is your baby’s first nutrients if you decide to nurse. Your actual breast milk won’t come in until a day or two after your baby is born.
Colostrum can leak from your breasts even in early pregnancy. Most of the time, colostrum will leak at night while you are asleep, but your breasts may also leak in the middle of the day. If you have frequent leaking, so ahead and purchase some breast pads. We recommend Avent disposable nursing pads.

If your first child is still a baby, it could be that the hormones are just early at striking up the milk production again. Your due date could be slightly off or it could just be clear drainage. Mention it to the doctor on your next visit.

i nursed as well and, if i'm not mistaken, i remember reading somewhere that if you have nursed with your first that you may discharge early with your second. i suggest you go to this great site www.mothering.com. i went there ALL the time when i was pregnant and had questions. my mother died when i was 21 so i had no one to ask. it brought me a lot of comfort when there were things i didn't know and when i worried about them at midnight or 2 am and i couldn't call my doctor. check it out!

Milk production doesn't start until the end of the 2nd or beginning of the 3rd trimester. My OB/GYN did tell me though, that it is normal to have clear discharge early in pregnancy.
