If he's your friend you should be able to trust him enough to go just as far as you both feel comfortable with. He should still respect you thogh

Just kiss and keep it that way.
You're way too young to worry about "taking things to the next level". Don't give into peer pressure, you'll be thankful when you are older. Its better to get a reputation as a good girl than a bad one. Guys will come and go and you still have a lot of growing up to do.

all the way if you want to get pregnate. your 14 in many states that is statuory rape. dont rush it you have a lifetime ahead of you. No birth control is 100%. Go slow and just enjoy each others company but be careful

The reason people wait is to make sure they are not perceived as slutty or anything and to get to know each other first. Seeing as you are friends already you've probably already overcome that hurdle, so go as far as you like.

Ease your way into it dont just go for it! Take things slow most you should be doing after a few months of dating is oral sex. 3rd base thats it.
