Frozen bananas
Milk
Honey
Vanilla extract
Mix it all up in a blender and that's it.
That's all I use. Some people I know but in a scoop of protein powder. If you cut the bananas up before you freeze them, then they are easier to pulverize in the blender.
Good luck!

1 ripe banana, 1 tbsp of honey, 8 ice cubes and 5 fl oz of yogurt, you could substitute with milk.
Wrap the sliced banana in greaseproof paper and put in the freezer for 30 minutes to freeze it will make the smoothie thicker and keep it cold. add the yogurt or milk, honey, banana and ice cubes and blend.
