one could write a book on the differences- there are sooooo many. Start with the holy days observed- Catholics observe pagan holy days and call them Christians, the apostles observed the God ordained holy days.
the apostles did not pray to Mary or each other, they did not exalt one man over another - they stayed focused on the commands of God and the purpose of Jesus.
The apostles did not try to change God's laws, claim authority over God's laws and God's church or justify breaking God's laws as the Catholic church has done and does continually.
The list goes on and on. . .
The list go

If you mean "traditions", every church has some, and the Catholic Church having been around for 2,000 years has had the opportunity to develop many. Catholics do many things today that the apostles didn't do, just as Lutherans today do some things that Luther didn't do. However, if you are speraking of "Apostolic Tradition", that is, the teaching of the Apostles that was passed on by word of mouth alone and not included in their writings, then there is no difference whatsoever between Apostolic Tradition in the Catholic Church of apostolic times and Apostolic Tradition in that same Church today.

The Catholic Church still believes you can confess your sins to others, when Jesus Christ made it clear we go and confess our sins before The Lord, The only way to the Father is through The Son.
I am not putting any church down, because every church is different, but if what you are being taught does not fully follow scripture then its time to change churches or the place you worship.
If drinking or other things that are going on are permissive then it is not following Gods teachings, We are not to be drunk in sin, or well we all know some other things going on affecting these churches, we need to hold tightly to Gods words, no gaps, guesses on interpretations, or spaces, The Word, The Book, The Holy Bible.

Things the apostles DID and taught became apostolic tradition. The catholic church's traditions are not in line with the teachings of the apostles.

The traditions of the Roman Catholic Church are DEVELOPMENTS of the Apostolic tradition.
For example, the Apostles did not teach the perpetual virginity of Mary, or Peter was the first pope.

The tradition of the Apostles is not made up; the Catholic church manipulates those traditions and calls it "religion."

The Apostles had apostolic authority that came directly from the Lord Jesus Christ which included being inspired to add to the cannon of Scripture. Traditions that developed later on, especially those that are practiced in the church of Rome are very similar to the ones that Jesus upbraided the religionists of his day for.
Mark 7:1 Now when the Pharisees gathered to him, with some of the scribes who had come from Jerusalem, 2 they saw that some of his disciples ate with hands that were defiled, that is, unwashed. 3 (For the Pharisees and all the Jews do not eat unless they wash their hands, holding to the tradition of the elders, 4 and when they come from the marketplace, they do not eat unless they wash. And there are many other traditions that they observe, such as the washing of cups and pots and copper vessels and dining couches.)
5 And the Pharisees and the scribes asked him, "Why do your disciples not walk according to the tradition of the elders, but eat with defiled hands?"
6 And he said to them, "Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written, "'This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me; 7 in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.' 8 You leave the commandment of God and hold to the tradition of men."
9 And he said to them, "You have a fine way of rejecting the commandment of God in order to establish your tradition! 10 For Moses said, 'Honor your father and your mother'; and, 'Whoever reviles father or mother must surely die.' 11 But you say, 'If a man tells his father or his mother, Whatever you would have gained from me is Corban' (that is, given to God)-- 12 then you no longer permit him to do anything for his father or mother, 13 thus making void the word of God by your tradition that you have handed down. And many such things you do."
1 Timothy 3:1 Faithful is this word: If anyone aspires to the position of a bishop, he desires a good work. 2 It is necessary, therefore, for a bishop to be irreproachable, the husband of one wife, temperate, sober-minded, well-behaved, hospitable, skillful at teaching; 3 not given to wine, not a bully, not greedy for money, but gentle, not quarrelsome, not loving money; 4 one ruling his own house well, having his children in submission with all reverence;
5 (for if one does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the church of God?); 6 not a new convert, lest being puffed up with pride he fall into the same judgment as the devil. 7 Moreover he must have a good testimony among those outside, lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.
8 Likewise deacons must be reverent, not double-tongued, not being given to much wine, not greedy for money, 9 holding the mystery of the faith with a pure conscience. 10 But let these also first be tested; then let them serve as deacons, being irreproachable. 11 Likewise their wives must be reverent, not slanderers, temperate, faithful in all things. 12 Let deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children well, and their own houses.
