Drink milk. it makes your hair more healthy and it's not expensive. you just have to wait for it to grow longer, but to help it, you can trim the bottom of your hair every two weeks and use the right shampoos. I like sunsilk because it works for me, but you have to experiment a little until you can find the one that works best for you.

I've heard mixing honey in with shampoo once a month strengthens and smooths hair. Sometimes I use Pantene Pro-V Intensive Moisturizing Mask, which works really well. You can find that at CVS and Target.

There is no vitamin or pill to magically make it grow
good nutrition and good care of your hair is the only way.

If your hair is naturally thin all you can do is use thickening products, but they only make it feel thicker, they don't make it thicker
