Well genius, wherever you sent the package to could end up with a visit from the cops and some 'splaining to do.

Theft, identify theft, credit card fraud among other charges.

Odds are the whole question is worthless, most of us cancel our cards when we lose them.

It's called fraud, and possibly theft.

Even if it works and you get the items you order from the internet, when the person who lost the card reports it lost/stolen, they will be able to trace the purchases to you.

Turn the card in to the police, mail it to the address on the card, or simply cut it up and throw it away.

You could be legally charged and tried in court. If you really did use the card, you could be charged with Identity Theft and Forgery. You also could be fined and/or jailed. Plus, you would ruin some poor person's life through Identity Theft.

The same way a master crinimal would get busted.
When you turn 16, you're old enough to be taken in like some creepy old guy.

The same thing that would happen if anyone did this. 16 years old is old enough to be tried as an adult for any illegal conduct.

mis-Appropriation of Funds , Identity Fraud , Larceny and may-be a couple of Others that I don`t know of (as I don`t do these things) , but , at least YOU/ OTHER? can be happy with the FACT that the Court System WILL decide the Penalty for You!....they are pretty good at that!

Simply be like old Yul Brynner...just don`t do it!
