Craigslist personals appear to be specifically for this purpose. There aren't really that many women out for this kind of thing though--a lot more men want no-strings-attached sex than women. Your best bet is probably NOT on the Internet. Go to bars, where you might find women interested in just sex.
If you want a guaranteed no-strings-attached encounter, hire a prostitute.

HA HA! The BEST place for that sort of thing is AOL. They have the sluttiest chat rooms I have ever seen. I don't use AOL though. My father used to and I was AMAZED at the stuff I found. If you really want it, go for AOL.
