Here's a hug(((((((((hugs))))))) and here's your advice:
You need to see your Dr. about what you are feeling. Your Dr. may try an anti-depressant for you or refer you to a counselor of some sort (minister, psychologist)
You may be bi-polar and would need further treatment.
Good luck

Call the emergency hospital in your town and tell them what you are feeling RIGHT NOW PICK UP THE PHONE.
:) :) Hug:) :)
I wish a Hug would fix you but I doubt it ....Psychiatrist can order blood work that can help you find out why you feel the way you do.Diagnostic Evaluation and Treatment
(you do not have to FEEL THIS BAD)
The first step to getting appropriate treatment for depression is a physical examination by a physician. Certain medications as well as some medical conditions such as a viral infection can cause the same symptoms as depression, and the physician should rule out these possibilities through examination, interview, and lab tests. If a physical cause for the depression is ruled out, a psychological evaluation should be done, by the physician or by referral to a psychiatrist. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO FEEL SO BAD

Have you suffered a loss recently?
Are you in a period? Is there any reason for these thoughts? Lonely, relationship probs, stressed, trouble sleeping that would at least help you to understand some reasoning for the thought patterns??????

Sounds like you're letting your fears become too powerful. If you dwell on negative things, you literally scare yourself to death, your pulse increases, your blood pressure too, your breathing deeper and faster, in short, you are experiencing anxiety attacks. Sometimes we create it, sometimes we need help.
There are meds for this condition, (you should talk to your doctor about this) but you can also take control of your wandering mind (we all let our brains wander around and scare us from time to time) and get out of your surroundings.

First off:
Say NO to the kinds of thinking patterns you're having and SHORT CIRCUIT them with behaviors that come against the negativity.
Take a break, grab your car keys, go see a friend, a movie, go browsing through stores. The change in atmosphere and lighting and sounds will lift your spirits.

(((((( hugs)))))) to you from me

I used to feel like that. So I know what it's like. Things will get better for you. Try to see a doctor and see if they can diagnose you with anything. They might be able to give you medicine that will help you. So remember that everything is okay in the end, and if everything is not okay, then it is not the end. There is an amazing time to be had in life after you get through this.
