I mean as a potential.
I dont think female cats can have kittens until theyre over 5 months old, but Im not sure how old.

They can become pregnant as early as four months. Gestation is approx 63 days. So.... a kitten could give birth as early as 6 months.

It is believed that most cats come into heat at 6 months. But my mother had a cat that did at 4 months and she was unable to carry the kittens. I believe she also developed a bad infection that tooks it's toll.

My cat first came on heat at four months. I don't know if her body would have been able to handle the stress of carrying kittens at that age, esp as she wasn't full grown, but OMG, she was so horney, it was a nightmare to live with.

Most cats come in season for the first time between 5 and 6 months of age. They start calling (making yowling cries like they are in pain), rolling over and flirting with their tails held to one side. The exact timing of the first season can vary depending of the time of year. Each season can last for a couple of weeks, if the cat is not mated, and repeats every 3 weeks. Unless your cat is pedigree and you really want to breed get it spayed.

Well as soon as they come into heat which is about 6 months and thats if they mate with male cat of course
