Rawhide is not really good for dogs. It's extremely difficult to digest. I'd try giving your dog Bully sticks.

All I will say is I know many vets who say that rawhide is VERY BAD for dogs.
Try getting a large dog biscuit like that for a german shepherd. they are digestable and better for the little dogs to know on and help to keep the teeth in better condition. this again was suggested for my chihuahuas by several vets I know.

i'd advise against feeding rawhide, simply because it is bad for the stomach of the dog. My neighbor's dog used to eat them, but broke off too large of a piece, which settled in his stomach and made him very sick. Stick to marrow bones, which can be purched in the grocery store. Cook them in the oven for as long as the package says, and let the dog enjoy. We do this for my dog and he absoloutly loves it.
While we are on this topic, avoid cow/pig/ect. ears/hoofs/ect. they are just as bad, if not worse for the dog as rawhide. Plus, it all gives them bad doggie breath

NO. Rawhide IS NOT digestible. In small ammounts, it may pass through their system, but if they swallow a big chunk, it can cause a blockage. Bully sticks and tendon chews are healthiest and safest. Completely digestible, and FAT FREE :)!

continuously hose down the canines coat till now brushing-do no longer brush a dry coat as this could reason split ends. use a million ozof conditioner ,jumbled in a twig bottle of rain water and mist the dogs’s coat as you sweep in sections from the exterior out, with ether a bristle or pin brush. do no longer use a pin brush with knobs on the ends of the pins as this manner of brush would harm the coat.

Don't give him to many, some dogs will get diarrhea with raw hides of any kind and never leave him alone with any kind of chewy, he could choke on it.

The are "ok" but are really not a good choice. If you are looking for a better stick type treat... may I please suggest bully sticks. They don't fragment and cant be as easily snarfed down by your little darling.
