He doesn't have a flaw. He created man with a free choice to obey him or not (other wise we'd be robots and who wants forced love?) Man chose to be horrible and betray their creator. They turned so far that he decided to save the only righteous men and start over.
What you're thinking is like saying you're children have to be perfect for you to be perfect. They will make mistakes but does that always mean that you had the flaw?

God has no flaws. He flooded the world because the people were nasty. He never admitted that he would engulf the world in flames either (that would be Armageddon and Armageddon is not to fix flaws).

God didnt screw up anything. He gave humans free will and WE used that free will to make bad decisions. If God controlled us, where would the joy be in that for him? Itd be like you controlling your S/O - it means nothing if they dont love you on their own - and if that S/O cheats on you - does that mean its your fault? No. God is perfect.

Just because god is flawless doesn't mean what he makes must be flawless, but he must make a conscious decision to make them flawed. So in addition to flawlessness, he is a douchebag. So douchebaggery must not be a flaw...
