Chantix is helpful and if you apply to Pfizer, they will send it to you free. I think the income requirement is $25,000 per year, and you can't have insurance that covers it. Also, your doctor must prescribe it, and it will be sent to him/her. They will supply you with 3 months of it and more if you and your doctor decide you should continue with it. It is like any other quit-smoking aid, in that you MUST make up your mind that you are quitting, and define for yourself what that means.

Ask your doctor to perscribe Chantix. It really works. It's pills you take for 2 months and it takes away your desire for a smoke.

cold turkey is the best really and i loved my fag hard but is best in long run when you want one drink a glass of water then inhale it does work with will power too good luck x
