You don't have to reach God, He's right there with you. You need to know the truth and rest in it. Your feelings will get better if you just hold on for a while and try some simple, helpful things.

I'm sorry you are going through a hard time, if this has been going on for more than a few weeks you need to see a doctor and get some help. Depression that is more than a case of the "blues" is partly a physical problem and won't go away by itself. The "blues" come and go, real depression is an illness. Please see a DOCTOR/COUNSELOR someone who knows their stuff - we who are on Y/A are not trained to help genuine depression.

I've had real depression as a result of childhood abuse. I became a Christian at age 18, but also needed some help from counseling and anti-depression medicine.

Jesus Christ loves you, He died for your sins and was resurrected. The Bible says He is your mediator-He reminds God of your needs. The HOLY SPIRIT lives in you when you become a Christian and He is right there to be your TUTOR,COUNSELOR, COMFORTER. These horrible times will not last!

Do your best to EAT healthy food, take WALKS or do something for EXERCISE and SLEEP a reasonable amount. These things will help you too. If you have a Bible, READ in Psalms; there are so many comforting chapters. You will see that God cares about every aspect of your life/pain. Even though you cannot feel/see Him acting in your life right now, HE IS. Lamentations 3:23 says, "The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, His mercies never come to an end, great is Thy faithfulness." Jeremiah 29:11 says, "For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."!!! Jesus say, "I will never leave you, I will never desert you."

Do you attend a CHURCH? If not, you may want to visit some and see if you can find one where they teach the Bible and where the people are kind. Being around others can lift your spirits. Also, if you will make a daily GRATITUDE LIST it will help. Write 5-10 things you are thankful for, no matter how small. Within days it will help lift your heart up. JOURNALING is another helpful thing to do. WRITE what you FEEL and THINK(be sure to hide this well), just get it all down on paper. This helps you see what is going on, see patterns. It kind of helps your mind to stop going in circles, repeating the same old dreary thoughts. Find something to do for someone else. VOLUNTEER just a few hours a week to help someone else. It will help you get out of yourself - depression turns people inside their own head too much! There are so many places that would be delighted to have you help for a small time each week.

I've written a lot of things to try. Just do any/all that you can. TAKE SMALL STEPS up and out of the darkness you've been in. I promise you there is a solution to your pain and you will find it. The more effort you can give to recovering the sooner you will begin to feel some relief. I will pray for you today!

I know that it is hard sometimes to feel like God hears us, but He does. He always hears his children. Don't listen to the Lies of the world, they would have you believe it is too hard to live a Christian life. But it isn't, God will be closer to you than you could ever believe. Trust that, Faith is what keeps us close to him. Don't let the world pull on you, remember that the world has nothing to offer you except, things that won't last. If you are a child of God, just stand, don't try fighting, but wait on the Lord, He will help in the times you need him the most. Pray, Read his word, Pray some more, two things I recommend for making that feeling go away. Keep your mind filled with Godly things, this is best done by only letting the things of God in through your eyes and ears. God bless you, remember if he saved you he can keep you.

So, where is God in this? Did He retire and forget about you? Well, if He knows even when a sparrow falls, He knows your struggles.

Keep pressing in. If God has reached you with salvation, you can now reach Him. Sometimes, He wants us to take the time to "press in", like when the priests grabbed a hold of the horns at the altar, full of repentance, wanting to hear God speak.

I have been saved, probably longer than you have been alive (I only guess you are under 30). There are many times when God seems way out there, not speaking or even letting me feel His presence. But, the truth is, I know He is there all the time.

You are on the right track. these feelings will come. But faith in God is not a feeling it is a knowing. How bad do you want it?

God calls but we give up prematurely. Hardships will come and they often come with blessings. God is always there, you are trying to reach self. What you are experiencing is the new you. The Christ chosen you. It is absolutely awful at first. But it will get better. Lots of tears and anger. Lots of failures and disappointments. Lots of change that you did not anticipate,God starts kicking out attitude and people.Changing habits. Throwing out things that hinder you from him. He cleans your closet. Does it hurt? Hell yes! excuse my french. God works things out for our good.

this might rather a benefit, costly. You get to advance you're own relationship with God. examine the Scripture, proceed to desire, and do good issues. you do no longer ought to desire merely the Lord's Prayer however. Jesus meant that as a style prayer. Turkey isn't the worst in terms of persecuting Christians, even though it is not any longer the final. so so a techniques as publicizing your faith, i could be very, very careful. digital mail me in case you like; i'm a young babies chief.

It is nice that you are experiencing that kind of feeling, because it proves that you are of God because the devil is trying to pull you down. Do not be afraid. Prayer is the answer.

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

If you're trying to reach God, make sure that you are in the right way.

I tell you, there is only one way - that is through His Son --
"I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

Know the Son first, and you will know the Father.

Its a long hard struggle my love.

I have been there, its a very dark place and you can see no light.

I stopped reaching for god and turned to his helpers instead. The Angels.

God made the Angels to guide us humans. It is their job to help us in times of need.

Sit or lie comfortably in a warm, quiet room. Light a candle and burn some Murrh incence.

Close your eyes and imagine your room is filled with all of the things that make you feel happy and peaceful.

Speak out loud or in your mind "Angels of light, be with me" three times.

Imagine a bright white light above your head, watch it change shape and then turns into a rainbow of colours!

Ask for Archangel Raphael and Archangel Michael. Raphael represents healing and Michael represents strength.

They surround you with their healing colours of blue and green. You feel their wings wrap around you gently, they will comfort you.

Tell them your fears and ask them to take away your fears and deal with them for you. You are tired and you need their guidance.

Imagine all of your fears going into a basket with two handles either side. Then see Raphael and Michael fly down and take a handle each. They fly away into the distance with all of your fears in the basket.

Always say thankyou to your Angels, as you leave them.

If you continue with this meditation, the visions will become so much clearer, your fears will get smaller and your answers will come to you in ways you would least expect.

I wish you lots of happiness,

Peace, Love and Light. x
