Report or not to report?
If you report an answer or topic and it is deemed that the reported answer or topic does not qualify to be removed, your ability to have answers removed doesn't carry as much authority as it would if you would save it for questions and answers that violate the TOS, but if you're happy and you know it...clap your hands.
