Greetings,

Well, lets start with religion. A religion or a spiritual tradition, is a way to or a branch in the mighty tree of life. It is just one path or branch that we can take to know that we are here for God, by God, and are a magnificent piece of that beauty. So, when we understand the truth about what religion was intended to achieve;m which was to support a common FAITH in the One Reality in all, religion becomes attractive to most anyone; regardless of the tradition or style. A spiritual tradition is intended to provide a structure or a foundation to live a centered life. Major religious will remember this some day!

Next, is the Principal of faith. What is faith and how can it support a healthy life style? Faith is an inner-knowing about something that is not a physical thing. It is intuition, a feeling,a nd a certainty of the truth. Now that opposite of this is hope, maybe, I think, perhaps, etc. These words have a vibration that is very low, and do not covey a high level of confidence of faith in what ever the idea is.

We all have an inner-knowing because we are a soul. Not just a body, and a brain, but at a soul level, we know what life is all about. Life is about loving ourselves and our outer world, and experiences. The very reason that we have faith is because God or Absolute Reality or what ever that is to you...has absolute faith in us. Perfect love and trust, for ever and at all times. God is inside of us, and we are a piece of God. All good, all knowing, and unconditional.

On Planet Earth, the Human race and 90% of all Human souls are confused. We don't know who, where, and what we are here for and about. There is not enough structure, teachers or people setting the correct, loving example. I wont go into how that happened today, but we have to do something with this inner- call simply because the soul is bumping heads with the confusion in the world, at a collective level. So, what can we do about it? Well, we can investigate our current belief systems. Is the current religion of faith tradtiton loving, supportive, of your dreams and goals, and does it believe in a hell or devil? There is no devil or hell. No God counting sins in the sky. Does the religion instill guilt, fear, and do the leaders of that branch discriminate? So, we can resurch these things. Next, what does your inner-self, intuition say to you? Your faith in a good world is what your soul wants for you. Faith...its part of your essence. Religion or a way to know the truth and to have faith in that inner-knowing is nessesary on planet Earth for now. Have to go, but just would like to emind you that in the Universe, there is no religion or hate or fear. It is totally loving; just as God is loving and much more. So, have faith and listen to your intuition aobut what style you express that. Just be more God-like, loving and want to share it with others.

until next time,

blessings

Many theists believe atheists go around raping and pillaging at will cos we don't have a conscience or morals cos we don't believe in 'god'.
That's scary - it translates to the assumption that religion or belief in an imaginary sky guy is the only thing keeping theists from being psychopathic killers and if it wasn't for their FEAR, of death and or hell, we atheists would all be dead in our beds.

So, do I think religion/faith is necessary?
Definitely YES!

I see religion as the result of the faith. A faithful person will allow him/herself to be led by higher powers. Their experiences can give rise to a model of the cosmos or their path either in themselves or more often in the minds of their students, who feel they need a system since they do not yet have the experiences to guide them directly.

Religion to me is a watered down and crystalised form of the faith of it's creator(s). This has great value to guide people to faith, but can never replace it.

Religion, to me, is organised and often centered around some dogma.

Reality, the thing most people ignore in order for their beliefs to exist, is "not" religion, but, life itself.

Buddhism is not considered a religion by those who practice
