My wife and I would like to send a care package DIRECTLY to a soldier, NOT through donation centers, who are NOTORIOUS for picking through items and stealing them before the soldiers get them.
How do I do this?

Try anysoldier.com. This service sends the packages as is to Iraq etc. and they are handed out to soldiers at mail call. This way no one but the soldier opens the box.

you could deliver as many care applications as you prefer to infantrymen, basically be sure you have a recognition to positioned on the applications. in the summertime do not mail something you shouldn't pass away on your motor vehicle in the warmth for a week! in any different case that is going to spoil earlier it gets there. do not despatched alcohol! particular infantrymen will ask for it, yet whilst they get caught with it they stand to lose rank. issues TO deliver: think of with reference to the failings which you employ common. we choose the comparable issues. snacks, own hygiene products, toddler wipes (unscented) DVDs, cd's, socks, chap stick, below shirts, books, paper and pens, gum, and photos. basically getting a equipment inspite of what it includes is often preferred! thank you for the assist you're offering!

You can't unless you personally know the member and he/she gives you thier address. This is for THIER protection. I know your intentions are good but there are people out there that are looking to harm our soldiers.

you must have a soldiers name. try your local American Legion or VFW to see if there are any local servicemembers from your area.
