Rose can be served with a lot of different meals. It is a refreshing wine you should serve Fresh . In my country (France) You serve it with seafood, chicken and other poultry, appetizer.
My favorite ones is Tavel followed by Rose de Provence both from France than you can find sometimes in store like Trader Joes or Lees Liquor Stores.

Cheese and crackers, pasta with pesto sauce, salmon (especially salmon teriyaki), and ham. Is it s Spanish rose? Or something like white merlot? Most of them are very good, but some can be dry and some can be sweet. I guess the true answer is "whatever the hell you want".
