What is the best paint shop pro to go 4?

I want to know what is the best paint shop pro out there so I get that version. I think X2 is the best but I want to know what people think of it and what they prefur.

I think the one you know is best. Later versions have more options but that does not make it better.

I'm on 9 and that is as far as I go...for now.
