I know that this question has been asked a lot, but I really want to hear some answers.

Many say that it is because of Israel and Palestine. But I don't think this is really it. For the Palestinians, I can understand the feelings, since the Israelis threw them off of their land, but this does not explain the hatred of Jews across the Muslim world. I really don't think that the broader Muslim world hates Jews because of what is happening to the Palestinians because I really don't think that Muslims care about other Muslims. They blowing each other up all the time and they don't help each other when disaster strikes (think Tsunami).

Muslims have hated Jews ever since Islam came into being. Jews have always been second class citizens under Islamic rule. In modern times I really think that the hatred comes from jealousy and the blame game. Jealousy in the sense that Israel is the only functional modern society in the Middle East and then they blame Jews for their problems.

She has been totally indoctrinated by her peers, especially in the Mosques where every Friday the Imam gives Sermons preaching Jew-hatred and that Israel must be wiped off the map of the world. Please remember that till the late 1940s there was around 1,000,000 Jews living throughout the Middle-East and North Africa, (Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Morocco, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq and the Yemen, also not forgetting Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan the non-Arab Islamic World. People think that before 1948 no Jews were living in 'The British mandate of Palestine' well since the 1840s Jews outnumbered Christians and Muslims in Jerusalem. People also forget that the Jews made homeless stateless refugees from the Arab world outnumbered the Arab refugees of post British Palestine by nearly two to one. The real estate that we the Jews owned in the Arab was five times the size of the whole of Israel today, so what about our rights. The Majority of the Jews today inIisrael are those Jews and their descendants whom originated from the Arab and Islamic world.

It has to due with land. The Muslim occupied a land for some time, but then the Jews wanted to settle there too. Then I have heard that Golda Meir favored putting some Muslims off their lands in favor of Jews. Then I think Jews were also original occupiers of a land, and was forced off it too. They both have justifications for their anger, but that is not an excuse to let it go so far. How would you feel if someone forced you out of your home, to let someone else live there? I don't think you would be pleased. The same thing happened in South Africa where white farm owners had to give their land to blacks.

Both incidents were a way to correct a wrong and appease a group. Obviously they didn't consider the rights of the other group. It is clearly a plan that wasn't thought through.
_______

Good question. There is a reason for the conflict and it is not all about Jihad.

The Muslim religion has not "matured" as much as some others. Islam today is like Christianity in the middle ages, because of the length of time since their prophet spelled out stuff, and their religious leaders interpreted that.

Muslims, Christians, and Jews all share the Old Testament. They all agree with the stuff there. Until Jesus Christ they were all the same religion.

God said he would send his son to live among us.
Christians say yes, and that person was Jesus Christ.
Jews say no, Jesus was a great person, but only a prophet ... the Son of God has not yet come.
Muslims say Jesus was a great prophet, but the Son of God was Mohammed.

Many people accept that there are these different interpretations of contacts with God, and have nothing against people of differing religious beliefs.

Apparently many Muslims and Christians do not accept this, treat the unbelievers in their brand of religion, or any brand of religion to be evil, in need of being converted to the correct religion, or killed, so as to save their souls.

Look at the history of Christianity in the Middle Ages. They weren't only killing people because they were not Christian. They were also killing people because they were the wrong kind of Christian ... Catholic vs. Protestant.

Well, that's the kind of behavior we are seeing today with Muslims. They killing people, not just because they are not Muslim. They are also killing people because they are the wrong kind of Muslim ... Shite vs. Sunni.

Muslims have been persecuting Jews since the founding of Islam, starting with Muhammad himself. Hating Jews is a core component of orthodox Islam.

Much of the Qur'an is just word for word quotes from the Gemara(commentary portion of the Talmud that Jews consider to not be from G-d but the word of man) and hadith even more. Islam is just a watered down version of Judaism and Muhammad was angry that Jews would not convert to it which is why he attacked them in Madina, he claimed G-d told him to do it and that the Jews were secretly conspiring against him.

Mere sibling rivalry. Muslims descend from Ishmael and the Jews descend from Isaac -- both are sons of Abraham.

First of all, you wrote something wrong. Muslims DO care about eachother and they DO help eachother. And the reason why Palestinians blow themselves up is because they know they are going to suffer from this and they don't want anymore pain. They'd rather die in peace than face all this torcher. I don't blame them. I mean, would you let someone shoot you and having to go to the hospital all the time? Would you like to keep hiding from the soldiers? I guess these people just want to die in peace.

It is because the jews are the "favorite children" Both religions are descended from Abraham and when Abraham's wife couldn't bear a child he had a child with her servant. The his wife finally had a child and he disowned and cast out the servant woman and her child. The servant's child began the lineage that led to Muhammad and ultimately Islam while the wife's child began the lineage for the Jews. For some reason I can't think of anybody's names thought.

Muslims and Jews have a long history of co-existing peacefully, and even working together. Almost all of the problems are current and has to do with land.
