It depends on where your hands have been.
Most generally people start at the top and work their way down the body to the feet.
If your hands are really dirty from working on a car engine,then you would want to wash your hands before your face.
Some wash their hands first no matter what.
Washing your hands first may help prevent the spread of germs and viruses the rest of your body.

Yeah you should definately wash your hands off a little with soap, not antibacterial unless they are super dirty, just regular soap. That's what I do. Otherwise you are putting the dirt/germs/bacteria from your hands onto your face- even though you are cleansing your face, it won't necessarily get rid of every bit of dirt and germs if you're putting the crap from your hands onto it. And before the stuff from your hands has a chance to be washed off the face, it could get into your eyes, nose, or mouth easily when your lathering your face.

Doesn't make any sense to me. Acne doesn't come from getting dirt on your skin anyway - it comes from inside. Just wash your face and hands at the same time with a good skin cleanser, unless your hands are really dirty in which case wash them first.

yes as your hands may have lots of germs from bacteria sweaty hands comes to mind. also if you touched something like a door handle. eyes are very sensiive i use a light foaming facial wash as soap is quite drying on the skin especialy f its perfumed.

common sense would tell you that your hands are dirtier than your face would ever be. think of all you touch. so yes wash and rinse hands first so that dirt does not end up on your face. germs that enter the eyes and mouth and nose are what make you sick.

ya think about it, washing your face with a mix of dirty hands and your face wash, your rubbing in dirt, bacteria and face wash into your pores, it's not hard to wash hands before you wash your face, it's actually perfect, wash your hands while the water is warming up to open your pores, just be sure to splash face with cold water to close pores up again, i like washing my face in the shower

Yes you are. Its very importent becouse your touching your face and all the bacteria from your hands are going on your face so youll end up with pimples all over your face. Hope i helped
