I know the Quran and Muslim teachings say that the important folks such as Mosus (Musa), David (Dawid), and Abraham (Ibrahim) were Muslims BUT no other historical or religious writing before Muhammed's Quran states this. What do you think?

it relatively is not the certainty in any respect. it relatively is reliable which you question Islam. maybe it relatively is God's way of telling you to seek for the certainty for you very own wellbeing and the protection of your soul. It takes an extremely brave Muslim to question Islam as a results of fact it shows you're prepared to discover the certainty rather of believing what you have been taught all your existence.

It is not that that Muhammid, Mosus, Abrham, Buda ect were false.
Just the clerics, that interpret there words.
They will pay, Trust me they will pay.
In the after life, I would not wamt to be them????

They all took a converant to support the final prophet, therefore they are muslims because they accepted him as a Prophet (peace and blessings of God upon all Prophets).

Islam is the religion that ALLAH(SWT) chose for all mankind. It is not a man made religion. ALLAH(SWT) says in the Qur'an HE perfected Islam and chose Islam for mankind and that is the religion HE would like for all mankind. Islam is the only strict monotheism and is every being's natural instinct to submit to the Lord of the Universe(ALLAH) willingly and unwillingly. It is to ALLAH(SWT) that we will return on the day of Resurrection and our souls will rise out of the ground and go before ALLAH(SWT) to be judged. Islam is the religion of all the Prophets from Adam to Muhammad(PBUT*) and all the Prophets(PBUT*) that are not mentioned by name. ALLAH(SWT) sent 300 Prophets to mankind to show Islam.

Islam is the description of the “spiritual state” or “spiritual condition” of a person. This definition is irrespective of time or place.
This term can be used as a criterion for the first Man/woman created to the last man/woman created.
Islam means to “voluntarily submit ones will to the will of GOD”.
To “voluntarily submit oneself” means to believe in the one God, his Prophets and follow the commandments/laws they brought down for that time.
A "Muslim" is ONE who has voluntarily submitted himself/herself to the Lord of Abraham (ALLAH).
All the Prophets from Adam to Noah, to Abraham , to Moses ,to Jesus , to Mohammed and all in between as well as their followers were "Muslim" and they practiced "Islam".
Moses and all his followers were of those who submitted themselves to the Lord of Abraham so they were in the spiritual condition of "Islam" as "Muslims".
For the followers of Moses to stay "Muslim" they would have had to follow the last Israelite Prophet (Messiah) – Jesus -- and obey the latest commands sent down by GOD.
For the followers of Jesus to stay "Muslim" they would have had to accept the final Abrahamic Prophet – Mohammed -- and obey the latest commands sent down by GOD.
The Lord of Abraham will decide who lived the life of a "Muslim" and only those who receive HIS mercy on the day of Judgement will enter into Paradise and be saved from the fire of Hell.

All things in nature and every child is born in "Perfect obdience/submission to God"
The trees, birds, planets, stars etc are all in "submission to the Lord of Abraham" which is the definition of a Muslim.
When we do not recognize our lord and submit to him then we are even lower than the cattle......... since they are in full obediance to him.
To accept Islam is not conversion…….. it is reversion to our original state of obedience since every child is born in total obediance to their true "nature" which is submission to all the instinctual/natural laws of God.
Reversion to Islam is to join the faith and family that started at the time of Adam.

Even those born with Muslim names must “revert” to Islam through their actions. A revert freely accepts Islam by ridding themselves of un-Islamic customs and un-islamic practices such as honor killings, terrorism, female genital mutilation, and any other non Shariah customs or culture.
