i want it to be fairly cheap. and it doesnt have to be top quality but it needs to take fairly good nature photos. i dont really care about other functions.

Cameras don't take great nature photos. Photographers who are experienced and know how to fully exploit the camera's capabilities take great photos of any subject.

Since your requirements are low - fairly cheap, doesn't have to be top quality - its doubtful you'll achieve good results with any camera that meets your criteria.

How big is the nature you're photographing?

If it's tiny, look for a camera with a Macro setting.

If it's big, be aware that most point and shoot cameras do not have wide-angle lenses.
