i have a dozen tv's throughout my home and i want to know if there is a way to make the cable that comes into the house work in the house with out all the cables? one time i was in a store that sold tvs and they all were playing different channels without the cable attached to them. i asked how they did it and they said they just turned on the tv's. well that won't work for me! anyone know how this is done?

There are a lot of equipment out now that will transmit wireless video and audio signals to various tvs in your home. It is considered home networking and is becoming more common now a days. I do know of Radio Shack and X10 right of the bat that sells products like this.

There is no product I've seen over the years that can broadcast all the cable channels to tv's. There are wireless video/audio devices but they broadcast only a single video feed, typically from a DVD or VCR.

The store guy was wrong, there are cables going to those tv's. They're just hidden well.
