Ok, I cooked pork chops on Wed night. They've been refrigerated, can I serve them for dinner? Today is Sunday.

It's Ok to use them tonight but don't keep them for another day. My mother's rule is cooked lasts 5 days and raw - 3 days in the fridge - unless it's fish. She's made it to 84 with that rule and has even had food longer than that and eaten it without a problem. She's still the kind that defrosts her meat in the sink all day in Southern California!!

Should be OK although a lot of people say no. Meat is good unless it smells bad. And if it is bad, you can smell it so you won't even have to ask what bad meat smells like ever.

They should be fine but either serve cold or reheat them thoroughly - to very hot not just hot.

Yeah, they'll be okay. Just heat them back up and eat away. But after today throw them away!!
