consuming the whole fruit is more beneficial

No because when you juice a fruit, it gets rid of the peel and alot of the pulp which is where most of the fiber is located. Juicing is still better than drinking soda or not eating fruit at all but eating the whole thing is still the best way to consume it.

I saw this thing on an infomercial once that you just put the entire fruit in (core, peel, seeds, everything). It's for people who don't really like eating certain things. A lot of fruits and vegs mixed taste really good together. And you are still getting the benefits of the fiber and everything in the food.

No. You should eat the whole fruit, and get all the nutrients. It's a lot easier too! :)
