ok so i know that your not supposed to eat after seven, but our family always eats really late like sometimes even at 8. do you guys have any tips or anything so i can get my family to eat later?

generally my mom gets home at 5 from work so she starts dinner later too.

you can eat any time of the day or night it's what you consume and in what quantity. the human body operates 24/7, just because it's "x" time of night does not change the fact that nutrients are needed every 3-4 hours that you are awake. starving the body for 12 hours a day has a negative effect on the metabolic rate and obviously fat loss...

Get your mom a crock pot for christmas and teach her how to use it so supper is on the table when she gets home. Also not sure what your schedule is like but why don't you start getting supper ready after school so she has less to do. Also it isn't so much about not eating after 7 as it is about eating healthy in the evening. Everyone needs a snack before bedtime to keep the blood sugar more level.

just ask if you can eat dinner before 7. or even cook for everyone so that your mum eats the second she gets in. might be nice if she works all day as well.

since she gets home late ask her to make a quick meal like pasta with sause or grilled cheese. If shes not gonna be home just make your self something before 7 like lean cuisean or sandwitch.
