you aren't going to lose weight by burning 1,000 cals through exercise when you only intake 1,500. you have left your body with 500 calories a day to operate on. this will have a pronounced negative effect on your metabolic rate now and eventually the health if you continue this practice

you should be focusing on the exercise itself and not simply the amount of calories that are expended performing it

no sweetie, i think your to young for hydroxycut, your body is not fully developed and taking them you can cause a lot of harm to your body, i would only take a diet pill only if your doctor recommends it so you can be monitored while your on them but no doctor would unless perhaps you were morbidly obese which your clearly not what your doing right now is just fine just keep what your doing up and you will loose the weight i promise but if you have concerns about what your doing is not working see a nutritionist....please dont take them.......a very concerned person!

if you are on a diet and exercising there is no need to take anything like that.

I know a lady that was doing all those things and taking it and what happened she almost had a heart attack cause his metabolism and heart rate was going real fast.

The doctor told her that there was no need for her to take diet medication that was speeding her heart rate and metabolism if she was already exercising and eating right.

so, you decide if you want to risk it

but for your age, I would say is not recommended

no, do not take it. Hydroxycut messes up your metabolism and only works while you are working out. One you stop working out or exercising, it will throw your meatbolism off leaving you worse off than you were before
