I'm on my third one and I'm satisfied. They all got around 23 on the highway. The 2005 I'm driving now got 23 while fully loaded down and drove over 500 miles at 70 with the AC on. When it's empty it get 24.4 MPG. It's the long one which means I can carry 4x8 sheets of ply wood or 10 foot lumber, or 6 passengers. I like it better than my Dodge truck which can haul heaver loads but only gets 13.5 MPG tops.

honestly they aren't the best on gas you can buy, when one is running right you will average around 17-19 in the city and maybe 23=25 on the highway, they just don't get gas mileage like they should,i have seen a few go over 25 miles on the highway ,but they have to be in really good shape and stay well tuned,to do this, good luck on it.

around 18 average. I've noticed that a lot of them start burning a lot of oil at around 130,000 miles. Enough to make a huge cloud of blue smoke behind the van.
