well how tall are you? I'll only say shoot for 24/36 if its healthy for you to do so. Consult your doctor and a personal trainer. But I don't see how without plastic surgery you can guarantee a 36 on top. Please train with care!

Body type is mostly determined by genetics. Only about 8% of women have a natural "hourglass" shape with a tiny waist and large breasts and hips.

Most women will have a chest size equal to or smaller than their hip size and a waist size that is about 75% of chest size.
A body that is 36/27/39, or 36/27/36 or 32/24/32 or 32/24/ 36 is much more likely to be your natural body type.
