Elisha
2Kings2:22: So the waters were healed unto this day, according to the saying of Elisha which he spake.
23: And he went up from thence unto Bethel: and as he was going up by the way, there came forth little children out of the city, and mocked him, and said unto him, Go up, thou bald head; go up, thou bald head.

A mob or gang of 42, bible calls age 25, a young lad, but 42 persons, about 18 to 22 at least, screaming or yelling " go up, old bald head," to Elisha [ two she bears ended this mob/gang ], when Elijah had been taken [ by the chariot of God ], up as the birds fly and delivered to a safe place to write about himself, and now Elisha is out in the field facing dangers, Jehoram of Judah was king 2 years when Elijah was taken up, the king got a letter from Elijah his 6th year to tell him he had 2 years to live for killing all the royal family of Jehosaphat. 2Chr.21:5,12-18; Elisha died and was buried in a cave, he had so much spirit from God in his bones, that a dead warrior was cast into his cave and touched his bones and came back to life 2Ki.13:20,21;

It was Elisha. Here's the story, from 2Kings2:23 - 25
Elisha Is Jeered
23 From there Elisha went up to Bethel. As he was walking along the road, some youths came out of the town and jeered at him. "Go on up, you baldhead!" they said. "Go on up, you baldhead!" 24 He turned around, looked at them and called down a curse on them in the name of the LORD. Then two bears came out of the woods and mauled forty-two of the youths. 25 And he went on to Mount Carmel and from there returned to Samaria.

I never mock bald people because I'm afraid of bears.

Elisha.
But it is a figure of speech (Hebraism), not really bald.

I don't think he was really bald
It was Elisha
He was being threatened, not mocked.

An old holy ogre, name of Elshchah the "weird" prophet, was walking home through the woods, and a group of kids started teasing him.
He cursed them, and god sent bears to eat the kids. But in his infinite mercy god spared two little girls who suffered only severed arms, and they were not killed. The Bible god is truly merciful.
