One word: SAUNA! That's what boxers do before their weigh-ins. You can lose 7 pounds. Stay in the top section, until you start to feel "not right." Then move down. Don't make yourself sick! LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. Be careful.
A lot of apartment complexes have saunas, in case you don't know where to find one. So maybe you have a friend who lives in an apt. complex. Otherwise, call a gym. Good luck!!
Btw, coffee is a diuretic too. As well as parsely. You can also buy diuretics at the drug store. Just ask the pharmacist to give you the best one for what you want. They are very helpful. (The pharmacists.lol Not the parsely!)

actually, you're supposed to drink more. this will cleanse the salt from your system. salt retains water. sweat as much as possible, since that is what water weight is (if you're referring to water weight, not just weight that you want to lose, like fat or something). that's what we learned about in health.
