I've heard that in the Netherlands are the world's tallest people, and that it may be from their diet.

If that's true, if I start eating like them now (18) could I possibly grow a little? Supposedly girls have till 21 to grow.

I think that the most supportive theories of their increased height is their diet. They have a high protein diet which supports enhancing the human growth hormone production. A diet that is high in carbohydrates causes the human growth hormone to go into suspended animation. In other words, it is always present in the human body but it isn't always in action.
I would be willing to bet that they also do not eat with the concept that eating 3-6 meals a day is healthy. Eating less often also contributes to activating the growth hormone. You don't need to get HGH in a bottle. It is sitting there right in your pituitary gland.

If they are the worlds tallest people, then they will always have other people that look up to them.
