I am yoga practitioner for the past 15 years and my age is 62 years. Even at this age without any body's help I do all the work, I walk, do all household works, reading books, driving cars , motorcycles, gardening, teaching boys etc., because I do lot of yoga exercises regularly . Yoga will be useful to you throughout your life and it is definitely very good for your health.
