Is it possible for blood to turn a green colour from, let's say a medical condition?

No. Sulfhemoglobinemia is a condition in which blood has a dark green color due to high doses of sulfonamides. Some migraine meds can do this.

There are some meds, foods and conditions etc that turn the plasma (like birth control pills)--the liquid portion of the blood a plae greenish color when it is separated from the red cells. The red cell portion are always reddish; many many white cells (also known as "pus") can be slightly greenish as well.

if its in a haematoma yes ,black ,blue ,green ,yellow ,and then normal ,thats the stages of a haematoma resolution ,in regard to circulating blood ,unless its loaded with sulpha and combined with hemoglobin (sulphemoglobin)
