I spent 1 week in London. As it was a school trip, we got task we had to fulfil. My task was to make a survey. I asked people in London what they think are representatives of London. After some time I collect a lot of film material but at the airport the memory card of my digicam became deletet. At the moment I have nothing more than the memories in my head. Maybe you could help me to start a new survey. So I ask you, what do you think are representatives of London(I refer to people)?

Twiggy, Biba and Mary Quant all defined fashionable London in the 60's.
The monarchy, changing of the guards, big ben, Shakespeare, the beatles, the stones, Turner, Maggie Thatcher, Winstone Churchill.
I'm really sorry this is a rambling semi-list that has no capital letters. I'll send it anyway so you have lots of answers and I get my two points!! lol
Google London/history of London and you'll get masses of material for your report
