my girlfriend dislikes sex, she can go without sex for long periods of time, unlike myself who loves it, and can get it everyday. She once suggested that we have sex once a week which equates to 4 times a month, for our age (mid 20's), I laughed really hard at her suggestion. What can she do to increase her sex drive and what can I do to help her with this issue.

this is going to sound harsh, but, she doesnt have the same feelings for you like you have for her. my ex was like that and i thought it was me, and in the end, it was her. there are MANY women out there who would love you and give their all to you. who the hell has heard of a once-a-week sex plan. thats sad and raises a red flag right there! i would find another girl! sorry, but its the truth, and in my situation, i have a girl who hated having sex, and she had 12 partners, from age 15 to 21 (i know, we BOTH are thinking the same thing about her lifestyle at the time), but after her and i started dating, two months later we started having sex, and she NEVER had an orgasm until she met me. so all i am saying is, that their is something more behind her NOT wanting to touch you. maybe not everyday, but for her wanting it only 4 times a month, its like you have to make an appt. when to do her. overlook your relationship and then you tell me if its not right what is going on here. making love and having sex are two different things. you are wanting to make love, while she thinks about it as SEX. the warning signs are all over the place, protect yourself and put yourself first....

I would suggest talking about her dislikes and likes in the bedroom. After you know her desires and hangups you can put together a plan of action. Some women require a little more effort for their sexual desires to be awakened. Catering to her needs and wants is a great way to stir up the tension between you guys.

well you gotta set the mood...light some candles, get a romatic movie, put some nice soft music on..look at her in a caring way not in lets do it way...kiss her with a passion and stick to the kiss don't use it as a gateway to the next base...she likes sex but she needs to have to mood set

There is no way to help this problem. You may ask her to ask one of her single female friends to replace her in your bed on the five days of the week.
