If I am putting music on my slide show presentation, how do i get it to continuously play throughout the entire slide show? Because right now the song keeps on restarting on every slide :(

Try fiddeling around with all teh options and tools and stuff. There might be an option to put somehting throught the entire slide show.
I know I wasn't much help. I would give you step by step instructions but right now power point won't open for me.

ok.there are two options:
1.you want to have music when a text appears
2.you want to have music when slide changes(different music for different slides)
1.on the top toolbar.Slide show>Custom animation>a toolbar appears on the right of your screen,you can add an effect.after that select the effect which has a mouse symbol.right click and choose effect option>sound>choose the end of the tab other tab.
then go on the timing tab and choose at end of slide.
2.slide show>slide transition>Modify transition>sound
it should stop as you change slide.
BUT DO NOT SELECT APPLY TO ALL SLIDE!!!
select different slide for different settings and sound
