Okay, so i want to go to Africa right? I want to help in a medical clinic or something to that effect. But i can't get there on my own, i would like the name/web address of an organization that does that sort of thing. thanks.

Do you have experience working in a medical clinci "or something to that effect"? What skills do you have that would be helpful for a medical clinic in Africa?
The focus of these organizations is to train and hire local people whenever possible for what needs to be done, because that helps more people in the area than paying for the flight and accommodations of someone from outside.
If you don't have professional skills that are needed in medical clinics in Africa, but you just "want to go to Africa", then google "volunteer" and "Africa", and you will see a huge list of various organizations you can pay to send you to Africa and arrange for a feel good learning experience while there.
