It depends on whether you are dating, or just trying to make that first connection. Flirting and sexual remarks are 2 different things! Try being funny and using small compliments at first. Lean toward her when talking, touch her arm lightly. When walking by her, lay your hand lightly on her shoulder or high on her back. Smile and make eye contact for a few seconds, then look away as if it is just too much to maintain. Do you get it?

just flirt, smile, compliment her, brush against her, hug her hard, etc.
