As has been stated, you cannot cut a tempered glass. You can however un-temper the glass, cut it, and then re-temper it.
If you heat a tempered lass and allow it to cool you release the surface compression resulting from the tempering process so it becomes stable enough to cut.
To again temper the glass you must heat the surface and rapidly cool it so force the surface into compression through unequal cooling on the surface.

Yup,
My greenhouse is glazed with recycled panes of tempered glass, scored and snapped over the edge of a bit of wood, using a new glass-cutter with an industrial diamond dust wheel. About £6 as a small hand-tool from B&Q
It works a treat

Actually I have seen temered glass being cut, but not in the regular way. The glass was preheated and then cut using a Ni-chrome wire that was electically heated to almost white hot. Where you will find the equipment I don't know and I'm sure it would cost more than it is worth to you.
