could this be a sign of breast cancer?

It is a big symptom of breast cancer, but that does not mean it could not be something else. My advice is go see a doctor.

Breast cancer is rarely painful.
It is more likely to be a cyst, if it is a lump, or muscle or tendon pain if there is no lump.
However, my own cancer in the breast was very tender, and occurred in an area where I had experienced a sharp pain lasting 48 hours, 2 years beforehand. No lump was found at the time of the pain.
Get it checked, and keep monitoring the area.

yes are you tired all the time too get it checked out don t waste time do it t morrow let me know how u get on im a breast cancer patient going through chemo at minute so please let me know how u get on goood luck x

altho it could be a sign it might also be a cyst or hormones or a host of other probs...see a doc to be sure
