I'm not sure I understand the question, but milk is always good with Chocolate Chip cookies. If you're going for super-chocolate, you can add cocoa powder and make them chocolate chocolate chip cookies. You can also dunk them in Chocolate milk, for that extra added chocolate.

Well when they are fresh out of the oven i like to have a glass of water with them because i think that, milk ruins the taste of the freshly baked cookies - water is better with cookies

You can do alot with them. You can add any items you like, coconut, raisins, nuts, cranberries, all of the above, orange rind, and as far as what tastes good with them?
Use them for dunking, for ice cream sandwhiches, for griding up and using for a cheesecake crust. I have also ground them and mixed with sugar, almond paste, egg white and used it to fill croissants. Its endless.

ice cream is always good. also if you like crush them and put them on top of like yogurt or a parfait it is really good:)
