you should really consider going back to school and relearning to spell! Otherwise, she has many pets, you should post a picture so that we know which one you are talking about! Besides who cares about Celebs pets anyways!

If you mean Miley Cyrus ( not Cypress) then she has a miniature poodle.
These dogs can be very hyper and spiteful please study the breed don't just go by looks. As the old saying goes looks can be deceiving.

Probobly a toy dog like a yorkie,shih tzu, poodle somthing small and adorable
